At this meeting, we will print out a list of all of the homes on the market for sale that meet your specific home wish list. The list we will provide for you will include pictures of the homes, room sizes and specific details of each home. This includes homes listed for sale by all Realtors from All Real Estate Companies.

You can then drive by the homes that look best for you. Once you have narrowed in on a home that you like the best, we will schedule an appointment for you to tour the home. If you decide that this is the home you want to Rent to Own, we will design a rent to own program for you with one of our investors. At this time, we will take care of the paperwork and upfront money. Our investor will then buy the home you have chosen for your Rent to Own Program. On average, it usually takes about 4 weeks for the investor to close on your home. Once this has been completed, you will get the keys to your new Rent to Own home!
